AlterEGO Hair Solutions provides personalized consultations, cranial prosthesis (medical wig) services, insurance reimbursement assistance, and educational resources for individuals experiencing medically related hair loss.

Consultations

  • Consultations are by appointment only.
  • Consultation fees, if applicable, are due at the time of booking or as otherwise communicated.
  • Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled with advance notice. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • AlterEGO Hair Solutions does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe medical conditions.

We do not guarantee:

  • Processing timelines

Clients remain responsible for all balances not paid by their insurance carrier.

Orders & Custom Cranial Prostheses

Many cranial prostheses are custom-made. Because custom products are created specifically for each client:

  • Orders cannot be canceled once production begins.
  • Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
  • Production times may vary based on customization.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom nature and hygiene requirements of cranial prostheses and medical wigs, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery.
